Child policy:
Children under 3 years old can enter for free and do not require a ticket.
Children aged 3-12 years old require a child ticket.
Good to know:
Visitors with a disability card should purchase their ticket on site to benefit from a preferential rate.
The entire route is accessible by wheelchair and pushchair, except for the observation structures and play areas.
Feeding the animals is strictly prohibited.
Small dogs weighing less than 5 kg may be permitted if they remain in a carrier bag or pushchair throughout the visit.
