How do I book an activity?

Search by destination or by the name of the activity, choose a date and the number of people, then pay online. Once your booking is confirmed, your voucher is added to your account.

When will I receive my voucher?

Usually a few minutes after your booking is confirmed. The expected delivery time is shown on each activity's page.

Do I need to print my voucher?

It depends on the activity. Read the activity details and the instructions on your voucher before the day of your visit.

Can I cancel my booking?

Each activity has its own cancellation policy, shown on its page before you book. Some can be cancelled for free, some refund part of the price depending on how early you cancel, and some are non-refundable.

Is the price shown the final price?

The listing shows the starting price. The final price for your date and number of people is shown before you pay.

Are there age limits?

Some activities have separate age ranges for adults, children and infants. They are shown when you choose the number of people.

Is hotel or airport pickup included?

Some activities include hotel or airport pickup, and this is marked on the activity page. Otherwise, the meeting point and its address are listed in the details.

In which language is the tour guided?

Guided activities list their guide languages on the activity page, so you can check them before you book.

Why can't I see a price for my date?

Prices and availability come live from the activity provider. If no price is shown, the activity may be fully booked or not running that day. Try another date or check again a little later.

Where can I find my bookings?

All your bookings and vouchers are in your account. Sign in to see their details at any time.

Tips for a better trip

Planning tours, tickets and things to do

Activities are often what make a trip memorable, so it pays to plan the main ones in advance. Start with what interests you most, then build the rest of your days around it.

Book popular activities early. Boat trips, museum tickets and guided city tours can sell out in high season.
Check the duration and start time. Leave enough time between activities and allow for travel across the city.
See what is included. Some tours include transfers, entrance fees or meals; others do not. Compare the options on each activity page.
Think about who is coming. Look for age requirements, accessibility information and options that suit children or older travellers.

Combining one or two booked activities with free time to explore on your own usually makes for the most relaxed trip.

Tips for a better trip

On the day of your activity

A few simple steps help your activity start on time and go as planned.

Check the meeting point. Find the exact meeting point or pickup location in your booking details and plan how you will get there.
Arrive a little early. Tours and timed tickets usually start on schedule, and late arrivals may not be able to join.
Bring what you need. Keep your booking confirmation and an ID with you, and wear clothes and shoes that suit the activity and the weather.
Follow the guide's instructions. For outdoor and water activities, listen carefully to the safety briefing. Some activities may be changed if the weather is poor.

Afterwards, take a moment to note what you enjoyed most. It makes choosing your next tour or experience much easier.
