Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 15 years and above.

Tickets must be booked under the name of the ticket user. Valid identification will be required for verification when using the tickets.

Guests booking the Crystal+ Cabin departing from Ngong Ping must reserve at least 45 minutes prior to boarding. Redemption is at the ticketing office of Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal.
Motion 360 is only suitable for people 3 years and above, more than 100cm tall and weight less than 110kg.
Night Ride:
The Night Ride is from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Boarding time at Tung Chung terminal is from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Meanwhile, the last boarding time at Ngong Ping Terminal is 9:30 PM.
